No. 86/2014 Authorised Version as at 1 July 2014 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Water Industry Regulations 2006. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 184 of the Water Industry Act 1994. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014. 4 Revocation The Water Industry Regulations 20061 are revoked. ═══════════════ Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel Water Industry Revocation Regulations 2014 S.R. No. 86/2014 2 ENDNOTES 1. General Information The Water Industry Revocation Regulations 2014, S.R. No. 86/2014 were made on 24 June 2014 by the Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council under section 184 of the Water Industry Act 1994, No. 121/1994 and came into operation on 1 July 2014: regulation 3. The Water Industry Revocation Regulations 2014 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 24 June 2024 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
