JOHN CLEARY Minister for Inland Fisheries 1. Short title This order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Districts) Order 1996 . 2. Commencement This order takes effect on 31 May 1996. 3. Interpretation In this order – Act means the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 . 4. (2) Those districts are named respectively – (a) the district of the Southern Tasmanian Licensed Anglers' Association; and (b) the district of the North-Western Fisheries Association; and (c) the district of the Northern Tasmanian Fisheries Association. https://www.legislation.tas.gov.au/view/html/inforce/1996-05-31/act-1995-110#GS9@EN SCHEDULE 1 - The district of the Southern Tasmanian Licensed Anglers' Association Clause 4 All that area of land in Tasmania south of a line of latitude through Antill Ponds to the east and west coasts of Tasmania. SCHEDULE 2 - The district of the North-Western Fisheries Association Clause 4 All that area of land in Tasmania west of a straight line from a point on the high-water mark on Bass Strait at Badger Head to the point where the Ouse River intersects the northern boundary of the district of the Southern Tasmanian Licensed Anglers' Association. SCHEDULE 3 - The district of the Northern Tasmanian Fisheries Association Clause 4 All that area of land in Tasmania not included in the district of the Southern Tasmanian Licensed Anglers' Association or in the district of the North-Western Fisheries Association. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
