Citation These regulations are the Genetically Modified Crops Free Areas Regulations 2009. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. 3. Warrant to enter The form set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of section 13(3) of the Act. Other persons named below: • • Place to be entered Purpose for which entry is permitted Grounds for warrant I am satisfied that the entry is reasonably required and that — entry has been refused or is opposed or prevented; or entry cannot be obtained.
