FISHERIES LEVY (TORRES STRAIT PRAWN FISHERY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2001 (NO. 1) 2001 No. 21 Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1)1 Statutory Rules 2001 No. 212 I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fisheries Levy Act 1984. Dated 22 February 2001 WILLIAM DEANE Governor-General By His Excellency's Command WARREN TRUSS Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry REG 1 Name of Regulations These Regulations are the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1). REG 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on gazettal. REG 3 Amendment of Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998 Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998. Schedule 1 Amendments (regulation 3) [1] Subregulation 2 (2) omit Torres Strait Fisheries Regulations insert Torres Strait Fisheries Regulations 1985 [2] Regulation 4 omit $1125.80 plus $4.66 insert $2 337.10 plus $12.92 Notes 1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 1998 No. 7, as amended by 1998 No. 327. 2. Notified in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 23 February 2001.
