Knight acting for Minister for Primary Industry, Fisheries and Resources Barramundi Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2010 2 1 Citation This instrument may be cited as the Barramundi Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2010. 2 Commencement This instrument commences on 1 February 2010. 3 Principal Plan amended This instrument amends the Barramundi Fishery Management Plan. 4 Amendment of clause 8 (Fishery area) (1) Clause 8(1)(c) omit to co-ordinates 7059E 86360N (Lee Point) (2) After clause 8(4) insert (5) A barramundi licensee must not fish under a barramundi licence in Bynoe Harbour landwards of imaginary straight lines drawn between co-ordinates 6760E 86300N (Charles Point), co-ordinates 6490E 86180N and co-ordinates 6470E 85980N (Patterson Point) on 1:100 000 map sheets Fog Bay 4972 and Darwin 5073. Penalty: $10,000. (6) A barramundi licensee must not fish under a barramundi licence in Fog Bay landwards of imaginary straight lines drawn between co-ordinates 6460E 85770N, co-ordinates 6440E 85810N, co-ordinates 6350E 85740N, co-ordinates 6390E 85700N, co-ordinates 6351E 85680N and co-ordinates 6320E 85680N on 1:100 000 map sheet Fog Bay 4972. Penalty: $10,000. Barramundi Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2010 3 5 Amendment of Schedule 1 (Holding areas) Schedule 1, at the end insert The Finniss River Holding Area The waters enclosed by an imaginary straight line drawn across the mouth of the Finniss River and another drawn between the following co-ordinates: 6468E 85760N to 6468E 85750N FOG BAY 4972 excluding the waters of tributaries to the Finniss River. 6 Amendment of Schedule 5 (Closure lines) Schedule 5 omit all words from "Little Finniss River and unnamed creeks" to "6762 E 86228 N to 6762 E 86235 N DARWIN 5073" 7 Amendment of Schedule 6 (Seven inch net lines) Schedule 6 omit all words from "Finniss River" to "6456 E 85745 N to 6447 E 85755 N FOG BAY 4972"
