E. LLEWELLYN Minister for Primary Industries, Water and Environment 1. Short title This order may be cited as the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Order 2001 . 2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3. Interpretation In this order, the Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if the order were by laws. 4. Handling veterinary chemical products A chemical product that is a veterinary chemical product must be handled in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Supply and Use of Veterinary Chemical Products published by the Council. 5. (2) The specified climatic or seasonal conditions are any climatic or seasonal conditions. (3) The area specified to be the chemical control area is the whole of Tasmania. Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
