Verordnung des Bundesministers für Land- und Forstwirtschaft, Umwelt und Wasserwirtschaft, mit der die Saatgut-Anbaugebiete-Verordnung geändert wird Aufgrund des § 18 Abs. 3 des Saatgutgesetzes 1997, BGBl. I Nr. 72, zuletzt geändert durch das Bundesgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 83/2004, wird verordnet: Die Saatgut-Anbaugebiete-Verordnung, BGBl. II Nr. 128/2005, wird wie folgt geändert: In § 1 Abs. 1 wird der Punkt nach Z 6 durch einen Beistrich ersetzt und folgende Z 7 angefügt: „7. Kartoffel (Solanum tuberosum L., Solanum tuberosum).“ Berlakovich
