Artículo 1°— Adóptase el REGLAMENTO PARA LA PRESENTACION DE PROYECTOS CONJUNTOS ENTRE FRIGORIFICOS EXPORTADORES Y ASOCIACIONES DE CRIADORES Y/O GRUPOS DE PRODUCTORES DE RAZAS BOVINAS Y METODOLOGIA DE SELECCION Y EVALUACION que como Anexo, forma parte integrante de la presente resolución, aplicable a los proyectos conjuntos citados.
Art. 2°— Créase el TRIBUNAL DE SELECCION Y EVALUACION PARA LOS PROYECTOS CONJUNTOS file:///D/HTML/arg19560.htm[14.01.2025 19:19:32] Resolución 374/98 del 28/12/98 ENTRE LOS FRIGORIFICOS EXPORTADORES Y LAS ASOCIACIONES DE CRIADORES Y/O GRUPOS DE PRODUCTORES DE RAZAS BOVINAS.
Art. 3°— Desígnase al Señor Subsecretario de Alimentación y Mercados D. Arturo Guillermo Francisco VIERHELLER (L.E. N° 8.607.708), al Ingeniero Agrónomo D. Carlos Alberto POUILLER (D.N.I. N° 10.661.81 3) y a la Ingeniera en Producción Agropecuaria Da. María Susana AÑON (D.N.I. N° 22.278.317) como miembros ad - honorem del Tribunal creado por el artículo 2° de la presente resolución.
Art. 4°— La presente resolución comenzará a regir al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial y hasta el 30 de junio de 1999.
