Honorable Concejo Municipal de la Ciudad de Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz ORDENANZA Nº 11462 EL HONORABLE CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE SANTA FE DE LA VERA CRUZ, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE O R D E N A N Z A Art. 1º: Prohíbese el uso aéreo de productos fitosanitarios de clase toxicológica I, II, III y IV dentro del ejido urbano de la Ciudad de Santa Fe, conforme la Ley Provincial Nº 11.273. Art. 2º: Prohíbese la aplicación terrestre de productos fitosanitarios de clase toxicológica I y II dentro del ejido urbano de la Ciudad de Santa Fe. La misma prohibición se extiende a los productos fitosanitarios de clase toxicológica III y IV sólo para la Municipalidad de la Ciudad de Santa Fe como mecanismo de control de maleza. Art. 3º: La clasificación antedicha será acorde a la utilizada por la Dirección General de Sanidad Vegetal del Ministerio de la Producción de la Provincia de Santa Fe.
