LEY Nº 6.942 LA CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA, SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE LEY: ART. 1º. - Ratificase en todos sus términos el Decreto del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial Nº 1830/08 de fecha 28 de Noviembre de 2008, por el cual se aprueba el “Ordenamiento Territorial de Bosques Nativos de la Provincia de Santiago del Estero” según los términos de la Ley Nacional Nº 26.331, que se acompaña y forma parte de la presente como Anexo I. ART. 2º. - El Poder Ejecutivo podrá aprobar modificaciones que surjan de los procedimientos y supuestos previstos por el Decreto 1830/08 a fin de hacer efectivo el carácter progresivo del ordenamiento.
