Poder Judicial de Jujuy Poder Judicial de Jujuy Poder Judicial de Jujuy Poder Judicial de Jujuy Superior Tribunal de Justicia Superior Tribunal de Justicia Superior Tribunal de Justicia Superior Tribunal de Justicia Dirección de BibliotecasDirección de BibliotecasDirección de BibliotecasDirección de Bibliotecas LEY Nº 5695 EXENCIÓN DEL IMPUESTO INMOBILIARIO A LA PROPIEDAD COMUNITARIA DE LAS COMUNIDADES ABORÍGENES MODIFICACION DEL CÓDIGO FISCAL San. 21-12-2011 Prom. 23-12-2011 Publ. 30-12-2011 Art. 1º: Incorpórese al Código Fiscal de la Provincia, Ley Nº 3202, como Inciso 13) del Artículo 113, el siguiente texto: “13.- Los inmuebles que hayan sido transferidos por Decreto, en propiedad comunitaria, desde el Estado Provincial a las comunidades aborígenes, por aplicación del Art. 75, Inciso 17) de la Constitución Nacional, mientras se mantenga”. Art. 2º: La reglamentación de esta Ley contemplará lo necesario para su implementación. Art. 3º: Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial.
