LEY 11696 EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Declárase de interés provincial la explotación agraria bajo los métodos conocidos como "Ecológico", "Orgánica", "Sustentable o Sostenible" o "Biológica". ARTICULO 2.- Serán tomados como modo de producción, con cualquiera de los nombres establecidos en el artículo 1º de la presente ley, toda producción agrícola que tenga como principio el mantenimiento en el tiempo de la calidad del suelo o su mejoramiento por medios naturales excluyendo explícitamente la utilización de fertilizantes sintéticos, pesticidas y/o reguladores del crecimiento. ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
