PROTOCOLOS Ley 27246 Protocolo de Nagoya. Aprobación. Sancionada: Noviembre 26 de 2015 Promulgada: Diciembre 23 de 2015 El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTÍCULO 1° — Apruébase el PROTOCOLO DE NAGOYA SOBRE ACCESO A LOS RECURSOS GENÉTICOS Y PARTICIPACIÓN JUSTA Y EQUITATIVA EN LOS BENEFICIOS QUE SE DERIVEN DE SU UTILIZACIÓN AL CONVENIO SOBRE LA DIVERSIDAD BIOLÓGICA, celebrado en Nagoya —JAPÓN— el 29 de octubre de 2010, que consta de TREINTA Y SEIS (36) artículos y UN (1) anexo, cuya fotocopia autenticada forma parte de la presente ley. ARTÍCULO 2° — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional. DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS VEINTISÉIS DÍAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL QUINCE. — REGISTRADO BAJO EL N° 27246 — JULIÁN A.
