MODIFICA EL PUNTO 7 EN CUANTO A LAS EXENCIONES IMPOSITIVAS DEL DEC. REGLAMENTARIO 2215/53 DE LA LEY 5699, ADHESION DE LA PROVINCIA DE BS.AS. AL REGIMEN DE LA LEY NACIONAL. 13273. BOSQUES Y FORESTACIóN. DECRETO 1122/79 LA PLATA, 12 de JUNIO de 1979. Bosques y forestación - Momento en que comenzarán a aplicarse las exenciones impositivas acordadas por la Ley 5.699. ARTICULO 1.- Modificar el punto 7° de la reglamentación de la Ley 5.699 de adhesión de la Provincia al régimen de la Ley Nacional 13.273, aprobada por Decreto 2215/53, en el sentido de dejar establecido que las exenciones acordadas por la citada Ley, comenzarán a aplicarse a partir del primer año de efectuada la plantación. ARTICULO 2.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro Secretario en el Departamento de Economía. ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese, etc.
