Art. 4.º — O presente diploma entra em vigor na data da Lei n.º 6/10, de 23 de Abril, determino: sua publicação.
Artigo 1.º — É constituído o Grupo Técnico para a imple- Publique-se. mentação da Estratégia para o Desenvolvimento dos Bio- combustíveis e demais funções previstas na Lei n.º 6/10, de Luanda, aos 9 de Agosto de 2010. 23 de Abril. O Ministro, José Maria Botelho de Vasconcelos.
Art. 2.º — O Grupo Técnico ora criado integram os seguintes elementos: O. E. 576 — 177/9 — 1500 ex. — I.N.-E.P. — 2010
