MINISTERIO DAS FINAN{:AS Decreto executivo n.0 36/94 de 23 de Dezembro Tendo a ELF EXPLORATION ANGOLA formalizado perante a SONAN- GOL U .E.E. o seu desejo de ceder parte dos seus interesses participativos no Contrato de Partilha de Produ~ao do Bloco 17. ii BP EXPLORATION (ANGOLA) LIMITED ea DEN NORSKE STATS O1.JESLKAP A.8., Tendo a SONANGOL U.E.E. prescindido de exercer o seu direito de preferencia nos termos do artigo 39.6.0 do Contrato de Partilha de Produfiio relativamente aos interesses sob cessao; Nestes termos, ao abrigo <las disposi~oes combinadas do artigo 16.0 da Lei n.0 15/94, de 23 de Setembro, aplicavel por for~a do disposto no arti- go 19.0 da Lei n. 0 13/78, de 22 de Agosto e do n.0 3 do artigo 114.0 da Lei Constitucional, detennino: Unico: E autorizada a ELF EXPLORATION ANGOLA a ceder 15% dos seus interesses participativos no Bloco 17 a BP EXPLORATION (ANGOLA) LIMITED.
