The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia decrees: 1. It ls ordained that cartographic, soil-science (agrochemical, sc.,il and land-reclamation) , geo boto.nic.;.l ~nd other tests of t:h..-, cult:ivab:1.;,:, l~nd iri the Republic of Armenia, as well a::; surveys of the stat:e of land, should be conducted (employing uniform techniques, methods and procedu~es) by various organizations and 1i:ilnterpris;:;es irro.<0p0.-:-tivP> nf their departmental affiliation; that these tests should be coordinaced with the agency for organization of land use to be relevant for the maintenance of the land cadactra and for conducting :.urvey.,;:::. 7. The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia: a) should set up appropriate Boards of Technical Experts to ensure the optimal organization of work for the mnintenc.ince of c,:tdastro and £or conductincr on th0 s,tatu,:;i of the land, the stage-by-stage collection, examination and approva1 of the prepared materials in accordance with t,he established procedure; b) ohoulci re-equip 11 UAZ 11 and 11 £RAZ" autom,.:ibiJ.0,; JAnd convert them into mobile laboratories to facilitate the conducting of surveys on the status of land and of the soil-science, geo-botanica: surveys, optimal land-use :::iurvcyc,, and other test i.;, c) take into consideration the necessity for the computer processing of huge amounts of information for maintaining the land cadastre and for conducting surveys on the status c,f lund, the Miniotry E'.lhould provid<:;i computer,s for th,:;, implementation of these tasks (beginning in 1991); d') should every S years :renovate and supplement the materials for the supervision of the land cadastre and for ;.;,urvcyo on the otnte of land 8. It is ordained that Decree # 528 "On the procedures of maintaining the National Land Cadastreir issued on August 8, 1977, by the Council of Ministers of the Armenian SSR be conoidcrcd invalid.
