V E N D I M Nr. 546, date 7.7.2010 PËR Në mbështetje të nenit 100 të Kushtetutës, të pikës 1, të nenit 3, dhe të pikës 1, të nenit 33, të ligjit nr.10253, datë 11.3.2010, “Për gjuetinë”, me propozimin e ministrit të Mjedisit, Pyjeve dhe Administrimit të Ujërave, Këshilli i Ministrave MIRATIMIN E LISTËS SË LLOJEVE TË FAUNËS SË EGËR, OBJEKT GJUETIE 1. Miratimin e listës së llojeve të faunës së egër, objekt gjuetie, sipas shtojcës që i bashkëlidhet këtij vendimi. 2. Ngarkohet Ministria e Mjedisit, Pyjeve dhe Administrimit të Ujërave për zbatimin e këtij vendimi. V E N D O S I: Ky vendim hyn në fuqi pas botimit në “Fletoren zyrtare”.
