REPUBLIKA E SHQIPEIRSE Keshilli i Ministrave VENDIM Nr.536 date 9.10.1995 PER HYRJEN NE REPUBLIKEN E SHQIPERISE TE FARAVE TE BIMEVE BUJQESORE QE NUK JANE TE REGJISTRUARA NE KATALOGUN ZYRTAR Ne mbeshtetje te ligjit nr.7659, date 12.1.1993 "Per farat dhe fidanet", me propozimin e Ministrise dhe te Ushqimit, Keshilli i Ministrave V E N D O S I: 1. Per te perballuar nevojat e mbjelljeve te vitit 1995-1996, si pasoje e permbytjeve qe ndodhen, me miratimin e ministrit te Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit dhe ne autorizim te Entit Shteteror te Farerave dhe Fidaneve, te lejohen te hyjne ne Republiken e Shqiperise fara si ndihme per mbjellje te variteteve qe nuk jane regjistruar ne katalogun zyrtar shqiptar. 2. Ministria e Bujqesise dhe e Ushqimit te kujdeset qe farat te kene cilesite e tyre dhe te jene te pershtatshme per kushtet klimatike te Shqiperise. 3. Ministria e Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit, ne bashkepunim me rrethet, te percaktoje ndarjen e kontingjenteve sipas kerkesave e nevojave. 4. Ministria e Bujqesise dhe e Ushqimit, ne bashkepunim me Ministrine e Financave, te percaktoje kriteret e perdorimit te fondit kunderparti. Ky vendim hyn ne fuqi menjehere.
