1. Ndёrprerjen е veprimtarisё sё pёrpunimit tё anijeve, qё transportojnё naftё, gaz dhe nёnprodukte tё tyre, nё portet е Durrёsit dhe tё Shёngjinit, brenda 18 muajve nga hyrja nё fuqi е kёtij vendimi.
2. Veprimtaria е pёrpunimit tё anijeve, qё transportojnё naftё, gaz dhe nёnprodukte tё tyre, tё vazhdojё tё kryhet nё portet е tjera, tё miratuara рёr kёtё qёllim.
3. Ngarkohen Ministria е Ekonomisё, Tregtisё dhe Energje tikёs, Ministria е Punёve PuЬlike, Traпsportit dhe Telekomunikacionit dhe Ministria е Financave рёr zbatimin е kёtij vendimi.
