REPUBLIKA E SHQIPERISE Keshilli i Ministrave VENDIM Nr.371 Date 22.8.1992 PER KRIJIMIN E INSTITUTIT TE KERKIMEVE PYJORE DHE KULLOTAVE Me propozimin e Ministrise se Bujqesise dhe te Ushqimit, Keshilli i Ministrave V E N D O S I : 1. Krijimin e Institutit te Kerkimeve Pyjore dhe Kullotave (IKPK) ne Tirane ne vartesi te Ministrise se Bujqesise dhe te Ushqimit me objekt: kerkime per zhvillimin e ekonomise pyjore dhe shfrytezimin racional te pasurise pyjore (pyje, gjah), te kullotave dhe mbrojtjen e natyres ne teresi. 2. V.K.M. nr.318, date 20.7.1992 "Per mbylljen e veprimtarise se Stacionit Qendror te Kerkimeve dhe Projektimeve te Kullotave dhe kalimin e veprimtarise se tij ne stacionin e pyjeve dhe eterovajore" dhe v.K.M. nr.359, date 20.11.1978 "Per krijimin e Stacionit te Pyjeve dhe Kulturave etereovajore", shfuqizohen. 3. Per zbatimin e ketij vendimi ngarkohet Ministria e Bujqesise dhe e Ushqimit. Ky vendim hyn ne fuqi menjehere. KRYETARI I KESHILLIT TE MINISTRAVE ALEKSANDER MEKSI
