REPUBLIKA E SHQIPERISE KESHILLI I MINISTRAVE V E N D I M NR.256 DATE 19.6.1997 P E R EMERTIMIN E QENDRAVE RACORE TE GJEDHIT TE QUMESHTIT TE RACAVE HOLSHTEJN-FRIZONE DHE XHERSEJ Ne mbeshtetje te nenit 5 te ligjit nr.7627, date 21.10.1992 "Per sherbimin zooteknik", me synim ringjalljen e programeve per ruajtjen dhe permiresimin gjenetik te gjedhit te qumeshtit te racave "Holshtejn-Frizone" dhe "Xhersej", me propozim e Ministrise se Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit, Keshilli i Ministrave V e n d o s i : 1. Tufa e gjedhit te qumeshtit te SHPK "Kozarja" ne rrethin e Lushnjes emertohet "Qender racore" per racen holshtejnfrizon(Laramene e zeze). 2. Tufa e lopeve te races "Xhersej", me prejardhje nga ishstacioni i zooteknikes ne Shkoder, si dhe pasardhesit e tyre qe ndodhen ne rrethine Shkodres, emertohen 'berthama racore' per racen Xhersej. 3. Ngarkohet Ministria e Bujqesise dhe e Ushqimit te nxjerre aktet nenligjore per zbatimin e ketij vendimi. Ky vendim hyn ne fuqi menjehere.
