VENDIM Nr. 253, date 18.5.2000 PER ORGANIZIMIN ESHERBIMIT TE KONTROlllT TE PlEHRAVE KIM IKE Ne mbeshtetje te nenit 100 te Kushtetutes dhe te neneve 6,7 dhe 20, te ligjit nr.8531, date 23.9.1999, "Per Sherbimin e Kontrollit te Plehrave Kimike», me propozimin e ministrit te Bujqesisedhe Ushqimit, Keshi»! i Ministrave V END 0 S I: 1.Sherbimi i Kontrollit te PlehraveKimike eshte pjese e struktures, organizative te Institutit te Tokave dhe perbehet nga administratoret, inspektoret dhe punononjesit ndihmes. 2.Administratoret, inspektoret dhe punonjesit ndihmes emerohen nga keshilli drejtues i Institutit te Studimit te Tokave, me propozimin e drjtorit te ketij institucioni. 3. Numri i punonjesve te Sherbimit te Kontrollit te Plehrave Kimike te jete 9(nente) administratore, 5 (pese) inspektore dhe 3 (tre) punonjes ndihmes. 4. Paga e administratoreve caktohet ne baze te vendimit nr.393 , date 3.9.1992, te Keshillit te Ministrave, "Per pagat e punonjesve te institucioneve buxhetore», pika 4, paragrafet 1 dhe 2.Fondi per pagat perballohet nga buxheti i vitit 2000, i miratuar per Ministrine e Bujqesisedhe Ushqimit. 5. Paga e inspektoreve dhe punonjesve ndihmes vendoset nga keshilli drejtues i Institutit te Studimit te Tokave, ne raport me te ardhurat qe krijohen gjate veprimtarise se Sherbimit te Kontrollit te PlehraveKimike. 6. Ngarkohen Ministria e Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit dhe Instituti i Studimit te Tokaveper zbatimin e ketij vendimi. Ky vendim hyn ne fuqi pas botimit ne Fletoren Zyrtare. KRYEMINISTRI llir Meta
