REPUBLIKA E SHQIPËRISË KUVENDI L I G J Nr.9388, datë 4.5.2005 PËR DISA NDRYSHIME NË LIGJIN NR.9235, DATË 29.07.2004 “PËR KTHIMIN DHE KOMPENSIMIN E PRONËS” Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 e Kushtetutës, me propozimin e një grupi deputetësh, K U V E N D I I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË V E N D O S I: Neni 1 Në nenin 16 pika 2 rreshti i pestë, shprehja “brenda 6 muajve” ndryshohet në “brenda 18 muajve” dhe fjala “Komisioni” zëvendësohet me fjalën “Komiteti”. Neni 2 Në nenin 19 bëhen këto ndryshime: 1. Në pikën 1, shprehja “brenda 1 viti” ndryshohet në “brenda 2 vjetëve”. 2. Në pikën 2, shprehja “brenda 45 ditëve” ndryshohet në “brenda 3 muajve”. Neni 3 Në nenin 24, shprehja “deri në datën 31.12.2006” ndryshohet në “deri në datën 31.12.2007”. Neni 4 Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare. K R Y E T A R I Servet Pëllumbi
