LIGJ Nr. 15/2018 PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR. 9867, DATË 31.1.2008, “PËR PËRCAKTIMIN E RREGULLAVE DHE TË PROCEDURAVE PËR TREGTIMIN NDËRKOMBËTAR TË LLOJEVE TË RREZIKUARA TË FAUNËS DHE TË FLORËS SË EGËR”, TË NDRYSHUAR Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave, KUVENDI I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË VENDOSI: Në ligjin nr. 9867, datë 31.1.2008, “Për përcaktimin e rregullave dhe të procedurave për tregtimin ndërkombëtar të llojeve të rrezikuara të faunës dhe florës së egër”, të ndryshuar, bëhet ky ndryshim: Neni 1 Shkronjat “b” dhe “d”, të pikës 3, dhe shkronja “b”, e pikës 4, të nenit 17, “Aplikimi”, shfuqizohen. Neni 2 Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare. Miratuar në datën 5.4.2018 Shpallur me dekretin nr. 10768, datë 23.4.2018, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta
