520 U~ 4 (b) Decree of Council of Ministers N° 11/589 of 1978 prohibiting the Export of Fish N° A/27/872 October 7 t 1978 Mr. Said Mohammad Raqbani Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources Reference to your letter N° WZS/4141/78 dated Sept. 17 t 1978 on the necessity of a decree prohibiting the export of fish abroad. The Council of Ministers at its 34th session on Oct. 2 t 1978 decided on progibiting fish exports, and the Ministry of Interior has been charged to take the necessary measures against the offenders whethear they export their catch by land or sea.
