Nelum is working with DisOwed. DisOwed’s work is that communities in Nigeria own the power, seed, water, materials, land and schools they depend on, and keep the value they create. The charity puts it as owned, not owed.
A grid, a seed bank or a water point, on DisOwed’s account, should belong to the people who use it, and what they pay or return should stay in the community. The detail, the figures and what DisOwed is asking for are on its own site.
Nelum does not run DisOwed, and takes no position in the projects on its site. Nothing on Nelum is paid out of a trade, and nothing here changes that. Membership stays a subscription.
