DECISION No. G3f?..0(\4IO.D-BMV o1 September 1 O, 2004 approving the Charter of the Vietnam Safe Water and Environnumta.l Sanitation Foundation The Vietnam Safe WatEir and Environmental Santtat\on f oundat.lon {'/N SAWASAF} is set up to molJiliz:e lawful financial contributions from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals in order to support, encourage, propagate and educate the entire population to use and protect safe water and ensure environmental sanitation, and socialize safA water and environmental sanitation activlties. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in tha Official Gazette.~
