DECIDES: Article 1.- To additionally assign the task of providing ·•disinfection sef\ ices for import and exporl coffee in warehouses. containers and on land transport means·· to the Coffee Research and Quality Control Center. Article 2.- To assign the head of the Plant Protection Department to provide professional guidance and inspection and grant (or withdraw) the disinfection license to the Coffee Research and Quality Control Center. The director of the Coffee Research and Quality Control Center shall have to im·est in material facilities and professional operations. to register and perform the above-mentioned disinfection task in accordance with the current regulations. Article 3.- The director of the Ministry's Office. the head of the Organization and Personnel Department, the head of the Plant Protection Department the heads of relevant units under the Ministry and the general director of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation shall have to implement this Decree.
