It is a non-business scientific unit, t1as its ow n seal and bank accounts, is headquartered at 170 Le Lai street, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city, and has the function of researching into sea environ-ment, the relationships between environment and resources and between environment and the <Jcv,1loprnent ot rnarine fishery.
