THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT DECISION No. 16/2004/QD-BTNMT of July 14, 2004 prescribing the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Southern Cadastral Research Sub Institute Under this Decision, the Southern Cadastral Research Sub-Institute is a non b us i ne ss scientific organization of the Cadastral Research Institute, representing the Cadastral Research Institute in southern provinces and functioning to conduct scientific and technological research as well as application in the domains of land management, metrology and cartography. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
