THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM Independence - Freedom – Happiness No. 04/2023/TT-BNNPTNT Hanoi, August 15, 2023 CIRCULAR PROMULGATING THE LIST OF LIVING THINGS SUBJECT TO PLANT QUARANTINE IN VIETNAM Pursuant to the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine in 2013; Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 105/2022/ND-CP dated December 22, 2022 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; At the request of Director of Plant Protection Department; The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the list of living things subject to plant quarantine in Vietnam. Article 1. Promulgate the list of living things subject to plant quarantine in Vietnam enclosed herewith. Article 2. Entry in force 1. This Circular comes into force from September 29, 2023. 2. The Circular No. 35/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 31, 2014 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the list of living things subject to plant quarantine in Vietnam cease to be effective from the date of entry into force of this Circular. Article 3. Implementation Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of Plant Protection Department and relevant entities shall implement this Circular. Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for consideration./. PP.
