Considering the Loan Agreement signed in Kigali, Rwanda on 26 October 2013, between the Republic of Rwanda and the Export-Import Bank of India, relating to the credit of one hundred and twenty million and fifty thousand American dollars (USD 120,050,000) for the export targeted modern irrigated agricultural project; On proposal by the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning; After consideration and approval by the Cabinet; HAVE ORDERED AND HEREBY ORDER: Article One: Ratification The Loan Agreement signed in Kigali, Rwanda on 26 October 2013, between the Republic of Rwanda and the Export-Import Bank of India, relating to the credit of one hundred and twenty million and fifty thousand American dollars (USD 120,050,000) for the export targeted modern irrigated agricultural project, is hereby ratified and becomes fully effective. Considérant l’Accord de prêt signé à Kigali, au Rwanda le 26 octobre 2013, entre la République du Rwanda et la Banque d’Import-export d’Inde, relatif au crédit de cent vingt millions cinquante mille dollars américains (120.050.000 USD) pour le projet moderne d’agriculture irriguée orientée vers l’exportation; Sur proposition du Ministre des Finances et de la Planification Economique ; Après examen et adoption par le Conseil des Ministres; AVONS ARRETE ET ARRETONS: Article premier : Ratification L’Accord de prêt signé à Kigali, au Rwanda le 26 octobre 2013, entre la République du Rwanda et la Banque d’Import-export d’Inde, relatif au crédit de cent vingt millions cinquante mille dollars américains (120.050.000 USD) pour le projet moderne d’agriculture irriguée orientée vers l’exportation, est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet.
