Ingingo ya 2 : Zone z’uburobyi n’ubworozi bwo mu mazi Hashyizweho zone umunani (8) z’ubworozi bwo mu mazi n’uburobyi zikurikira : 1° Muhazi igizwe n’uturere dukora ku kiyaga cya Muhazi (Gicumbi, Gasabo, Rwamagana, Kayonza (imirenge ikora kuri Muhazi) n’Umujyi wa Kigali; 2° Gisaka igizwe n’akarere ka Ngoma n’imirenge ibiri y’akarere ka Rwamagana ikora ku kiyaga cya Mugesera (Karenge na Rubona); 3° Bugesera igizwe n’akarere ka Bugesera ; 4° Akagera igizwe na Pariki y’Akagera n’akarere ka Nyagatare ; 5° Nasho igizwe n’ibiyaga byo mu gikombe cya Nasho mu turere n’imirenge bidakora ku kiyaga cya Muhazi ; 6° Zone y’Amajyaruguru igizwe n’uturere twa Bulera, Ruhondo, Musanze, Gakenke, Nyabihu na Rulindo; 7° Zone ya Kivu igizwe n’Uturere twa Rusizi, Nyamasheke, Karongi, Rutsiro na Rubavu; Article One: Purpose of this Order This Order determines aquaculture and fishing zones. Article 2: Aquaculture and fishing zones It is hereby established the following eight (8) aquaculture and fishing zones: 1° Muhazi comprised of Lake Muhazi riparian Districts (Gicumbi, Gasabo, Rwamagana, Kayonza (sectors bordering Lake Muhazi) and Kigali City; 2° Gisaka comprised of Ngoma District and two Sectors of Rwamagana District bordering Lake Mugesera (Karenge and Rubona); 3° Bugesera comprised of Bugesera District; 4° Akagera made up of lakes located in Akagera National Park and Nyagatare District; 5° Nasho made up of lakes in the Nasho Basin, in the Districts and Sectors not bordering with Lake Muhazi; 6° Northern region comprised of Bulera, Ruhondo, Musanze, Gakenke, Nyabihu and Rulindo Districts; 7° Kivu region comprised of Rusizi, Nyamasheke, Karongi, Rutsiro and Rubavu; Article premier : Objet du présent arrêté Le présent arrêté détermine les zones d’aquaculture et de pêche. Article 2 : Zones d’aquaculture et de pêche Sont créées huit (8) zones d’Aquaculture et de pêche suivantes : 1° Muhazi composée des Districts riverains du lac Muhazi (Gicumbi, Gasabo, Rwamagana, Kayonza (Secteurs riverains du lac Muhazi) et de la Ville de Kigali ; 2° Gisaka composée du District de Ngoma et de deux Secteurs du District de Rwamagana riverain du lac Mugesera (Karenge et Rubona) ; 3° Bugesera composée du District de Bugesera ; 4° Akagera composée des lacs du Parc National de l’Akagera et du District de Nyagatare ; 5° Nasho composée des lacs de la Cuvette de Nasho dans les Districts et Secteurs non riverains du lac Muhazi ; 6° Zone du Nord composée des Districts de Bulera, Ruhondo, Musanze, Gakenke, Nyabihu et Rulindo; 7° Zone de Kivu composée de Rusizi, Nyamasheke, Karongi, Rutsiro et Rubavu ; Official Gazette n° 50 of 13/12/2010 73 8° Zone y’Amajyepfo igizwe n’uturere tw’Intara y’Amajyepfo hiyongeyeho akarere ka Ngororero. Ingingo ya 3: Ivanwaho ry’ingingo zinyuranyije n’iri teka Ingingo zose z’amateka abanziriza iri kandi zinyuranije na ryo zivanyweho. Ingingo ya 4 : Igihe iri teka ritangira gukurikizwa Iri teka ritangira gukurikizwa ku munsi ritangarijweho mu Igazeti ya Leta ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda. 8° Southern region comprised of the Districts of the Southern Province and Ngororero District. Article 3: Repealing provision All prior legal provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed. Article 4 : Commencement This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. 8° Zone du Sud composée des Districts de la Province du Sud et du District de Ngororero. Article 4 : Entrée en vigueur Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda.
