PRIME MINISTER’S ORDER N°121/03 OF 30/04/2013 WITHDRAWING PLOTS OF LAND FROM THE STATE PUBLIC PROPERTY The Prime Minister; Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 04 June 2003 as amended to date, especially in Articles 31, 121 and 201; Pursuant to Organic Law n° 08/2005 of 14/07/2005 determining the use and management of land in Rwanda, especially in Articles 12 and 14; On proposal by the Minister of Infrastructure; After consideration and approval by the Cabinet, in its session of 22/02/2013; HEREBY ORDERS: Article One: Withdrawal from the state public property Plots of land of one hundred hectares (100 Ha) located in Gashora Sector, Bugesera District belonging to Rwanda Agriculture Board, are withdrawn from the state’s public property and included in the states private property, in order to construct Bugesera Industrial Park. ARRETE DU PREMIER MINISTRE N°121/03 DU 30/04/2013 PORTANT DESAFFECTATION DES PARCELLES DU DOMAINE PUBLIC DE L’ETAT Le Premier Ministre ; Vu la Constitution de la République du Rwanda du 04 juin 2003 telle que révisée à ce jour, spécialement en ses articles 31, 121 et 201 ; Vu la Loi Organique n° 08/2005 du 14/07/2005 portant régime foncier au Rwanda, spécialement en ses articles 12 et 14 ; Sur proposition du Ministre des Infrastructures ; Après examen et adoption par le Conseil des Ministres en sa séance du 22/02/2013 ; ARRETE : Article premier : Transfert du domaine public de l’Etat Les parcelles ayant une superficie de cent hectares (100 ha), sises Secteur de Gashora, District de Bugesera dans la propriété de Rwanda Agriculture Board, sont désaffectées du domaine public de l’Etat puis affectées au domaine privé de l’Etat en vue d’y aménager le Parc Industriel de Bugesera. Article 3: Commencement This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda.
