Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) (Amendment of Grain Marketing Act) Regulations, 2012 (S.I. 125 of 2012)

Statutory Instrument 125 of 2012. [CAP. 10:20 Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) (Amendment of Grain Marketing Act) Regulations, 2012 HIS Excel lency the President, in tenns of section 3 of the Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) Act [Chapter 10:20], hereby makes the following regulations: Title I. These regulations may be ci ted as the Presidential Powers (Temp irary Measures) (Amendment of Grain Marketing Act) Regu la tion , 2012. New section inserted in Cap 18:14 2. T he Grain Marketing Act [Chapter 18:14], is amended by the insertion of the following section after ection 36 "36A Legal Proceedings Against Board (1) The State Liabi Ii tics Act [Chap/er 22: I 3] applies with necessary changes to legal proceedings against the Board, including the substi tution of references therein to a Minister by references to the Minister to whom the grai n marketing Act is assigned. (2) The amendment made by subsection ( 1) shall apply to proceedings against the Board that were determined on the 8 th June, 2012.".
