These regulations may be cited as the Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Import and Export of Precursors and Certain Chemical Substances) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 (No. 2). 2. The Third Schedule to the principal regulations, published in Statutory Instrument 56 of 2008, is repealed and substituted by the following— “TrrD SCHEDULE (Sections 5, 6 and 7) FEES Fee Item . The Medicines and Allied Substances Control (Import and Export of Precursors and Certain Chemical Substances) (Amendment) Regulations, 2008 (No. 1), published in Statutory Instrument 184 of 2008, are repealed.
