Statutory Instrument 133 of 2015. [CAP. 15:02 Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 (No. 9) IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Health and Child Care has, in terms of section 6 of the Dangerous Drugs Act [Chapter 15:02], made the following regulations: — 1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 (No. 9). 2. Section 25 of the Dangerous Drugs Regulations, 1975, published inthe RhodesiaGovernment Notice 1111 of 1975, isamended by the insertion after subsection (2) of the following subsection — (3) Subsections (1) and (2) shall not apply in respect of any patient suffering from a life threatening condition who has been initiated on palliative care by a medical practitioner and requires the continued use of the drug or preparation referred to in subsection (1).”.
