This Order may be cited as the Local Forest No. 42: Kawena (Cessation) Order, 2017. 2. The area described as Protected Forest Area No. 42: Kawena in the Government Notice No. 263 of 1954 and declared to be a Local Forest in the Second Schedule to the Local Forests (Declaration) Order, 1975, shall cease to be a Local Forest from the date of the publication of this Order.
