Dairy Produce Marketing and Levy (Repeal) [No. 10 of 2010 65 GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBIA ACT No. 10 of 2010 Date of Assent: 12th April, 2010 An Act to repeal the Dairy Produce Marketing and Levy Act. [16th April, 2010 ENACTED by the Parliament of Zambia. Enactment This Act may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing and Short title Levy (Repeal) Act, 2010. The Dairy Produce Marketing and Levy Act, 1962, is hereby Repeal of repealed. Cap. 234 Copies of this Statutory Instrument can be obtained from the Government Printer, P. O. Box 30136, 10101 Lusaka. Price K1,000 each
