SCHEDULE .. PROHlBmON OF THE SALE, ACQUISITION, DBPOSAL OR USE OF AGRtCULTURAL REMEDIES AND STOCK REMEWES The sale, aoquisition, disposal or use of Chlordane in technical or any other form is hereby prohibited as from 30 March 2005. Any person who fails to comply witb the conditions ofthis Regulab'on shall be guilty of an offence and EaMe on conviclion to a fine not exceeding one thousand sand or imprisonment not exceeding hm, years orto both such fine and imprbwmt.
