In this Schedule unless the context requires otherwise "Waste Management Activities List" means the List of Waste Management Activities That Have or Likely to Have A Detrimental Effect on the Environment, published under Govemment Notice No. 921 of 29 November 2013. Amendment of Waste Management Activities List 2. Waste Management Activities List is hereby amended by the deletion in Category A of activity 3 (8). Transitional Arrangements 3.
