Amends section 5 of the Expropriation Act, No. 63 of 1975, by substituting subsection (1). 2. Amends section 16 of the Expropriation Act, No. 63 of 1975, by substituting subsection (4). 3. Amends section 26 of the Expropriation Act, No. 63 of 1975, by substituting subsection (2). 4. Short title and commencement.-This Act shall be called the Expropriation Amendment Act, 1977, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1January 1977. (Issue No. 11) 1129
