In lhls Schedule. any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall have the meaning so assigned to it, and unless the context otherwise indicates '1he Regulations• means the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014, published under Government Notice No. 982 in Govamment Gazette No. 38282 of 4 December 2014, as amended by Government No~ce No. 326 in Government Gszstta No. 40772 of7 Aprll 2017 and Govemment Notice No. 706 in Government Gazette No. 41766 of 13 July 2018.
