S.R. 2011/29 SAMOA SALE OF TURKEY TAILS PROHIBITION ORDER 2011 SECTION 7A, FOOD AND DRUGS ACT 1967 I, TUITAMA TALALELEI TUITAMA, Minister of Health, pursuant to section 7A of the Food and Drugs Act 1967, ORDER that for health safety related purposes: 1. it is unlawful to sell turkey tails and turkey tail products; and 2. this Order commences on the date of commencement of the Food and Drugs Amendment Act 2011.
