REPUBLIC OF VANUATU ANIMAL IMPORTATION AND QUARANTINE ACT [CAP 201] Prohibition on the Importation of Poultry Products Order No. i:3 of 2012 In exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 19(1)( e) of the Animal Importation and Quarantine Act [CAP 201], I, the Honourable JAMES NGWANGO Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries and Quarantine, make the following Order. 1 Prohibition on the importation of poultry products A person must not import into Vanuatu either on a personal or commercial basis, any poultry products from Victoria, Australia. 2 Commencement This Order commences on the day on which it is made.
