Powers of Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies [Cap 152] Commencement: 3 March 2006 Order 6 of 2006 1. Powers of the Assistant Registrar The Assistant Registrar is to exercise all or any of the powers of the Registrar as specified under the Co-operative Societies Act [Cap. 152] until such time as this Order is revoked.
