Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Amendment The Government Act [CAP 243] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

3 Paragraph 22D(b) Delete “; and”, substitute “.”

4 Paragraphs 22D(c),(d),(e),(f),(g),(h) and (i) Repeal the paragraphs.
