REPUBLIC OF VANUATU FISHERIES ACT [CAP 315] Fisheries Regulations (Amendment) Order No. \t l of 2012 In exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection 79(1) of the Fisheries Act [CAP 315], I, the Honourable KALVAO MOLI, Minister of Agriculture, Quarantine, Forestry and Fisheries, make the following Order. 1 Amendment The Fisheries Regulations Order No. 28 of2009 is amended as set out in the Schedule. 2 Commencement This Order commences on the day on which it is made. i a /L 1. s.m;.:.,rt;~·PI"''''a\,lnIS -, day of ~~~2012.
