Amendment of Part II of the Schedule. 2 VIRGIN ISLANDS STATUTORY INSTRUMENT 2010 NO. 76 MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT, 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) MERCHANT SHIPPING (ADOPTION OF UNITED KINGDOM ENACTMENTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2010 [Gazetted 2nd December, 2010] The Governor, after consultation with the Secretary of State for Transport of the United Kingdom and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 464 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Act, 2001 (No. 13 of 2001), makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Adoption of United Kingdom Enactments) (Amendment) Order, 2010. 2.
